• Create, schedule, and publish content

• Manage pages, profiles, and permissions

• View analytics and performance metrics

• Manage content workflows

Supported platforms may change based on API availability or policy updates.

3. Third-Party Platform Compliance

You agree to comply with all rules and policies of each connected platform, including:

• Meta Platform Terms

• TikTok Developer Terms

• Google API Services User Data Policy

• YouTube API Terms

If a platform restricts or revokes access, related features may stop working.

4. Connecting Your Accounts

By connecting accounts, you confirm that:

• You own or are authorized to manage the accounts

• You will not access accounts without permission

• You will not misuse tokens or exceed platform limits

We never store platform passwords.

5. Permissions You Grant

By connecting accounts, you authorize Datalytis to:

• Publish content on your behalf

• Retrieve content and analytics

• Manage scheduled posts and drafts

• Access profile, page, or channel metadata

• Access aggregated engagement metrics

All actions are performed only when explicitly initiated or scheduled by you.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Publish illegal or infringing content

• Spam or automate prohibited behavior

• Circumvent platform restrictions

• Misuse APIs or access tokens

• Reverse engineer or resell the Service

You are solely responsible for content published through the Service.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you publish or manage through Datalytis.
You grant Datalytis a limited, revocable license to process content solely to provide the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, software, UI, and features of Datalytis are owned by us and protected by law.

9. Service Availability and Limitations

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability

• Error-free operation

• Complete or real-time analytics

We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party platform APIs.

10. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for:

• API outages

• Policy changes

• Rate limits

• Account suspensions by platforms

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Abuse APIs or permissions

• Publish harmful or illegal content

You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datalytis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Service (if any).
